1.3 License & Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website and use the software applications associated with MedCase for personal or authorized institutional use.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, firmware, hardware design, patents, and software code related to MedCase and PriME are the exclusive intellectual property of Priorities Made Easy Technology Pvt Ltd and are protected under Indian and international laws.

1.5 User Conduct & Indemnification

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the MedCase device or its applications. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PriME from any claims resulting from your misuse of the product.

1.6 Payments & Orders

All purchases must be made through authorized payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

1.7 Delivery Timeline

1.8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MedCase is an aid for medication scheduling and monitoring; it is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PriME is not liable for medical emergencies or health complications arising from missed dosages or software sync issues.

1.9 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or MedCase applications following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the products shall be resolved through arbitration in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 Overview

We value your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, store, and safeguard your personal and medical adherence data when you interact with our devices, website, and mobile companion software.

2.2 Information We Collect

Personal Data: Name, phone number, physical address, and email.
Adherence Data: Pill schedule timings, dosage status updates, and battery/connection levels synced from the MedCase device.
Usage Data: Device logs, IP address, and cookie tokens parsed during web sessions.

2.3 How We Use Your Information

We process data to deliver pill reminders, send compliance analytics to your designated caregiver, improve hardware reliability, process transactions, and offer customer support services.

2.4 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or health data. Data is shared only with cloud hosting partners, payment processors, and SMS/notification service providers strictly under data preservation agreements, or when legally compelled by law enforcement.

2.5 Cross-Border Transfers

Your data is processed and stored on secured cloud servers located within India. In case of international companion updates, appropriate encryption protocols are enforced.

2.6 Data Retention & Security

We implement AES encryption and SSL transfer channels. Adherence logs are preserved as long as your account remains active, and you can request complete data erasure at any time.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Scope

This policy details the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are authorized for MedCase hardware accessories and software subscription tokens.

3.2 Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before shipping dispatch are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% transaction processing fee.
After Dispatch: Cancellations requested after dispatch are charged the 5% transaction fee plus all outbound and inbound shipping costs.

3.3 Returns & Replacements

Defective / Damaged items: Report any physical defects or malfunctioning hardware within 3 days of delivery to secure a free shipping replacement.
Sealed / Unopened items: You can return unused, sealed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Opened, Non-Defective items: Returned opened devices in fully working condition within 3 days of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

3.4 Refund Timeline

Approved return requests are processed within 5 business days of receiving the hardware back at our testing warehouse. Refund credits typically appear in your bank statement within 1 to 14 business days.

3.5 Exceptions

Customized cases, clearance sale items, or devices exhibiting physical damage from liquid ingress or dropped impacts are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
